getting into shape/looking good is not an unattainable goal all it takes is time and perseverance. Hell you even necessarily need a gym. There are some great books out there such as Never Gymless that help you develop work out planes using no thing more then your own  bodyweight.

acetylsalicylic acid (or aspirin) has been used in many different  civilizations to counter act pain. First drug to be widely sold yada yada we all know aspirins real claim to fame is its awesome ability to jumps start a car. drop a few tablets in your dead car battery and you will have your self a jump.
